Purple Summit Tours is the tourism arm of the Newman Food Company, a business wholly owned by the Eatfayre Group Limited. Our parents company specialises in wellness experiences and our founder is an NASM qualified individual as well as a WSET qualified wine expert. He has a big heart for food and for showing our city from different perspectives. Purple Summit Tours is proud to be able to, for the fixed fee of HK$6,000 organise private dinners and private experience tours of the Hong Kong food scene for up to 8 individuals. We cannot fulfill trips of 8 or more individuals per tour. Maximum capacity for our tours is capped at 8 people please. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we operate a small team and go to places which are at times not able to capacitate such a high volume of visitors. We want to give the best experiences on our tours and thus will kindly ask that you limit your group up to 8 individuals. We do include Children and young ones on our tours and please see and read the Child Safety statement and safety waiver which an adult must sign on behalf of Children. We take the health and safety measures very seriously for our guests.
