At The Newman Food Company, we are focused on offering food related experiences. We operates three subsidiaries as part of our brand each with their own operations and with their own unique ways. Purple Summit Tours is our main tour operator and focuses on giving food a dimension which tourists perhaps would not experience on their own, including why and how dishes became how they are today, their development and whether they are tied to any history or location in Hong Kong. We offer English and Mandarin services to convenience non-local visitors, but also welcome any locals to re-discover their neighborhoods. We also operate a smaller private tours segment which finishes with Private dinner and also a catering business. We are the Newman Food Company of the EatFayre Group. A Wellness focused group seeking to accelerate health, bring about change and refocus on mental and physical well being.
