As a government-certified tour operator, every tour is led by HKSAR government-certified professional guides — registered, accountable, and deeply knowledgeable about the city's food culture, history, and neighbourhoods.
Revenue is generated through tour operations, which carry minimal overhead costs. A management fee is collected by Newman Food Company to cover organisational costs and fairly compensate guides for their time and expertise during each visit. This lean, efficient model allows us to keep quality high and pricing competitive.

Because catering requirements vary significantly between clients, pricing is handled on a case-by-case basis and presented through a dedicated pricing document. Operating expenses for Newman Private Experience Corporation are fully covered within the group's financial structure, ensuring the division can focus entirely on delivering exceptional service.
