Newman Food Group Co.,Ltd holds our food tour company Purple Summit Tours Corp as a 100% owned subsidiary which operates food tours in Hong Kong as a government certified tour operator with HKSAR government certified guides which are professional and registered. We pull revenue here from operating tours which have little overhead cost and collecting a fee for the organisation and to make up for guide’s time for visitation.

 Purple Summit Tours is also proud to be able to for the fixed fee of 5000 organize private dinners and private experience tours of the Hong Kong food scene for up to 8 individuals. For 10 or more individuals wishing to go on tour we offer a 15,000 service with 3000 as a non refundable deposit for private tour charters. Purple Summit Tours is fully licensed by the government of Hong Kong to carry out tours and is registered with the tourism board of Hong Kong as a tour provider*. We continue to update and advance full compliance of the HKSAR government and the basic law and uphold the standards to continue telling great stories about Hong Kong and its food scene.
